Our counselling services aim to provide a safe place of support for people who are journeying through challenges in life. These services are available to individuals, couples and families who may be working through issues such as stress, anger management, anxiety, depression, self-harm, relationship and marital issues, and domestic abuse (emotional/ physical).
All of our counsellors are professionally trained and certified.

Meet Our Counsellors

Cindy Lim

Principal Counsellor

Cindy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Counselling from Monash University. She practises an integrative psychotherapy approach, tailoring each session to the client’s unique personality, experiences, and circumstances.

Using evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cindy empowers individuals to embrace personal change, overcome challenges, and take meaningful control of their lives.

Beyond counselling, Cindy brings with her a wealth of experience as a seasoned Human Resource practitioner, offering business leaders forward-thinking human capital strategies. She also volunteers as a Career Advisor with Workforce Singapore (WSG), providing practical career guidance, industry insights, and advice on emerging skills to help individuals make confident, informed career decisions.

Seow Siok Mui

Counsellor

Siok Mui is committed to walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, believing that every person carries their own strengths, stories, and potential for growth. As a trauma-informed counsellor, she offers a safe, supportive space where clients feel truly seen and understood.

With over a decade of experience as an educator, Siok Mui brings patience, empathy, and clarity to her counselling practice. She adopts an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Reality Therapy to support individuals through anxiety, depression, and major life transitions.

Holding a Master of Counselling from Flinders University, she has worked with youths, adults, caregivers, and seniors, providing bilingual counselling in both English and Mandarin. Her goal is to help clients move from feeling stuck to building resilience, finding clarity, and reconnecting with a sense of peace.
