Position: Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the CHANGE team (Board, staff, volunteers) to carry out the organisation’s mission and support the implementation of policies, strategies, and project initiatives.
  • Recruit, lead, and manage volunteers to support and implement community-based initiatives.
  • Manage and source volunteers to support and implement initiatives.
  • Plan, develop, and evaluate programmes that align with CHANGE’s goals and bring meaningful impact to the community.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Should have a Bachelor’s Degree or a Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Passionate about social impact and community work
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and with a team
  • Organised and resourceful with a heart for people
